Q1: When could I get the quotation?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email, so that we would regard your inquiry priority.

Q2: Do you provide samples?
A: Delivery cost depends on the way, destination, and weight. And the tax depends on the customer's local customs.

Q3: What is the lead time?
A: Samples will arrive within 3-10 working days, depending on the timeliness of express delivery. For large order, it will take 15 -30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q4: What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in 5 layers cartons. If you have special requirement we can do it.

Q5: How should I pay for you if I place an order to you?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages.
